Chocolate Milk

by bluxed on January 8, 2010

Something I’ve always wanted to do is walk into a 50’s style diner and yell “Lou. Give me a milk… Chocolate” and instantly have on slided over to me.

It makes me sad because I know this will never happen.

The reunion will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, March 5 at the historic Shoals Community Theater in downtown Florence. Back to the Future™ screenwriter Bob Gale and actors Lea Thompson, Marc McClure and James Tolkan are scheduled to appear at the reunion. The event is co-sponsored by BTTF.com.

by bluxed on October 16, 2009

The Flux Capacitor costume looks amazing. If I didn’t dress up as Marty McFly every year I would consider this. Not sure how comfortable it would be.

Opening bid is $199.99 for the Flux Capacitor Costume on Ebay

New Delorean?

by bluxed on October 8, 2009

The DeLorean Motor Company is a brand without a car and the Pontiac Solstice is a car without a brand.  The company has released the drawings below and acquired a Pontiac Solstice GXP Coupe for evaluation. DMC also says they’re excited about the prospect of “putting several hundred people back to work” in Wilmington, though it’s unclear at how much capital it would take to acquire the plant and the source of funding for such an endeavor.

Now, the way I see it, if you’re going to build a time machine, why not do it with some style? Stainless steel panels are out of the question and if this is going to be successful it has to have gull wing doors.
